Preparing a delicious dessert doesn’t have to be complicated.
4 ingredients and about 10 minutes are all you need to make a healthier yet equally delicious version of the famous English dessert, Eton Mess.

This is what you will need
Ingredients
- Plain Greek yogurt
- Red berries
- Meringue
- Mint leaves
How to do it
In a transparent bowl, layer in the following order:
- The yogurt
- Lightly crushed berries
- Crushed meringue
Repeat until the bowl is completely filled. Garnish with berries and mint leaves.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Note: For an extra hint of mint flavor, finely chop it and mix it into the berry layers.
